Lead Veterinary Surgeon

I qualified in 2013 from the University of Cambridge with degrees in Veterinary Medicine and Management Studies. Prior to joining the practice as an assistant in April 2015, I worked as a vet in both Berkshire and Surrey. I took on the role of Lead Vet in December 2017. My passion lies in surgery, both soft tissue and orthopaedic. As such, I have completed a postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Surgery). Outside of the practice, I enjoy playing squash, socialising with friends and family, and skiing when I can.

Veterinary Surgeon

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2021. I currently enjoy both medical and surgical cases, and in the future hope to complete a post-graduate certificate. I am passionate about welcoming our patients at their first visit to the practice, through to their last, and pride myself on providing personal and gentle end-of-life care. Outside of the practice I enjoy art and frequently draw pet portraits including many of our staff pets. I have experience working with a range of animals as I used to work at a wildlife park, and have also had the opportunity to see many of them abroad.

I qualified in 2012 from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Poland. Prior to joining the practice I’ve worked in a busy animal hospital in Poland, then in Essex and East Barnet. I have completed a Polish Postgraduate Certificate in Intern Medicine. I enjoy helping my patients on a daily basis but my main passion is ultrasound and I’m in the middle of Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice in Diagnostic Imaging. Outside work I enjoy spinning and traveling with my partner and two sons.

I have to give a special mention to Josie - it's always a relief when we realise it's her we'll be seeing; continuity is important to us. She is always bubbly and upbeat, very professional, handles/treats our dog with care, careful to explain what she's doing, advising us on various treatments available. To be honest, my wife and I did mention some of this to her last week when we came in, she really is terrific, a great asset to your practice.

The team at Medivet Wimbledon were amazing on both occasions my dog needed treatment, in particular for her recent spay surgery. They were reassuring, friendly, kept me updated and looked after my girl with the care and attention I would expect. Flo at the receptionist is always welcoming and has on every occasion been fantastic at answering any questions I've had. The veterinary nurses and surgeons also fantastic!

I’ve been taking my 3 year old rescue cocker spaniel to Medivet Wimbledon for the past 6 months. Friendly staff and experienced veterinarians. I cannot comment on the prices as I haven’t been to any other vet in Wimbledon area but we are happy with the treatments my dog has received so far.

We have been using Kydd and Kydd vets for both our cat and dogs. When it was the old Kydd and Kydd practice we were very happy. Unfortunately ever since it was sold to Medivet the level of service and quality of the care has increasingly got worse. I know of friends who have been in similar positions with their previous vets being bought by Medivet. Medivet has reduced the number of qualified vets in the practice, so that in essence only one inexperienced is ever available. We have researched the area for alternative solutions to independently owned vets and have moved to The Urban Vet in Earlsfield, who are chalk and cheese compared to the money first Medivet chain. People want vets to clearly demonstrate that their patients band owners come first. I would urge everyone to research alternatives and suggest you pop in to Urban Vet and you’ll immediately know what I mean.

Great vets and nurses, friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout. The one missing star is for the price level, which is high
